Abraham Ancer and Sam Horsfield qualify for The Open Championship

LANCASHIRE, ENGLAND – Two LIV golfer have made it through from qualifying to secure a spot for The Open Championship at Royal Troon.

Abraham Ancer of Fireballs GC and Sam Horsfield, of Majestic GC, secured their spots for The Open.

Horsfield shot a consecutive 3-under 69s to get spot at The Open. He will be making his third Open appearance. His past performance at the Open landed him tied for 67th in 2021 and missed the cut in 2022.

Ancer shot 65 and 72 to finish 5-under. He advanced after a three-for-two playoff.
