JUPITER – The US Open final round of qualifying for the U.S Open will take place on Monday June 3 at the Bears Club in Jupiter.
The field of more than 70 golfers will feature nine of the Saudi-backed LIV Golf league golfers. The following LIV golfers are competing in “Golf’s longest day”, a 36-hole qualifying for the U.S Open:
Joaquin Niemann of Torque GC, ranked No. 1 in LIV individual standings and winner of two LIV Golf events (Mayakoba and Jeddah).
Dean Burmester of Stinger GC, ranked No. 3 in LIV individual standings.
Charles Schwartzel of Stinger GC, ranked No. 15 in LIV individual standings.
Peter Uihlein of Four Aces GC, ranked No. 21 in LIV individual standings
Graeme McDowell of Smash GC, ranked No. 26 in LIV individual standings
Anirban Lahiri of Crushers GC, ranked No. 29 in LIV individual standings
Mito Pereira of Torque GC, ranked No. 31 in LIV individual standings
Cameron Tringale of HyFlyers GC, ranked No. 40 in LIV individual standings
Branden Grace of Stinger GC, ranked No. 50 in LIV individual standings
The Course:
The Bears Club was designed by Jack Nicklaus in 1999 and features an 18-hole championship course with a 7,164 yard layout featuring 102 bunkers.
Play will start at 7AM and is not open to the public.
The U.S Open will take pace at Pinehurst No. 2 June 13-16
