COLLEGE GROVE, TN – LIV Golf is in the music city for the first ever event in Tennessee. It’s the 12th different state to host a LIV Golf event. Bryson DeChambeau is back coming off a U.S Open win this past weekend at Pinehurst. This is your LIV Golf Nashville preview.

The Course

The Grove is located in College Grove near Nashville, Tennessee.

The tees and fairways grass are Zorro Zosyia. Zoysia is known to be sticky, so players cannot rely on bump and run shots. The green is TifEagle Bermuda. The projected stimpmeter will be between 12.5 and 13.

Surratt returns to Tennessee

Caleb Surratt, of Legion XII, will return to Tennessee, where he played college golf for the University of Tennessee. He also resides there.

“It’ll be the first time all my friends and family really get to come out and see me,” he said.

Team and Individual leaders

The Crushers GC lead the team standings in LIV.

Joaquin Niemann of Torque GC, leads the individual standings.

Bryson DeChambeau is back to the LIV circuit after winning the 2024 U.S Open this past weekend. He entertained crowds at Pinhurst throughout his round.

“All I want to do is entertain and do my best for the game of golf…From at least what I can tell, that’s what the fans want, and they deserve that,” he said.
